Welcome to Debt to Legacy. By downloading, installing, or using the Debt to Legacy mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations.
Debt to Legacy provides a Financial Readiness Assessment that evaluates your financial habits through a 5-question quiz. Based on your responses, the App calculates a Financial Readiness Score (0-100) and assigns you to one of three financial phases: Stabilize, Eliminate, or Build. The App also offers subscription-based access to financial tools and resources.
The information provided by the App is for educational and informational purposes only. It does not constitute financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, or legal advice. You should consult a qualified financial professional before making any financial decisions. Debt to Legacy LLC is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial planner.
Your Financial Readiness Score is based solely on the answers you provide. The accuracy of your results depends on the accuracy of your responses. Debt to Legacy LLC makes no guarantees about the completeness or reliability of any assessment results.
The App offers three auto-renewable subscription plans:
Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account. Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your device's Settings under Subscriptions.
Free trial periods, if offered, automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless canceled at least 24 hours before the trial expires.

All content, branding, trademarks, logos, and materials within the App are owned by Debt to Legacy LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Debt to Legacy LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. This includes, but is not limited to, any financial decisions made based on information from the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify users of significant changes through the App.
